Northern Arena: Digital Chaos withdraws from LAN event

Digital Chaos has opted to withdraw from the Northern Arena BEAT Invitational ten days before the LAN event begins in Montreal, due to scheduling conflicts.

The team had been were one of the seven directly invited teams to the LAN event, but their packed schedule as 2017 nears will prevent them from travelling to Montreal, Canada next week.

Their replacement, qualifiers runners up and local team NP had accepted DC’s spot and will be present at the event, which begins on the 10th of November.

This is the updated list of teams that we will see in Northern Arena:

  • Wings Gaming (China)
  • EHOME (China)
  • NP (Canada)
  • Evil Geniuses (US)
  • compLexity Gaming (US)
  • Alliance (Sweden)
  • Team Liquid (EU)
  • FDL (Intl.)

Currently at its debuting season, the Northern Arena BEAT Invitational will be held in Montreal, Canada from November 10 to 14.

Although the LAN event was initially announced and set to be held at the Bell Center, today, organizers had informed that live event tickets holders of the first three days of the event (November 10 to 13) will be taking place at Sheraton Centre Montreal, with only the grand finals day from November 14 being disputed at the Bell Center.

Fans who had purchased a ticket only for the finals day will now have complete access to the entire event, including the first three days from Sheraton.

Additionally, the entire event will be broadcast live on twitch.tv/northernarena_dota in English, on www.twitch.tv/dota2ruhub in Russian and in Chinese on Humao Tv.
